What to Include in a Bug Report

If a tool isn't working as expected, include these details so we can reproduce it:

• Which tool you were using (e.g. frequency sweep)
• Your browser and version (e.g. Chrome 126)
• Your device and OS (e.g. Windows 10, iPhone 15)
• What you expected vs. what actually happened

Note that some features — like the decibel meter — require microphone permission, which must be granted in your browser.

We typically respond within 1–2 business days. For urgent issues, please include “URGENT” in your subject line.
